Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. The bus was late. The food was stale, the music was too loud…. One host stated that if we did not like the atmosphere, we could exit(jokingly, I think) after I requested that the music be turned down. They served us unsweetened hot tea in a tumbler. One fork no knives, no teaspoons and the bus interiors were falling apart. The male host was the entertainment. When I asked the Lady host what was the menu, she couldn’t tell me. Cancel this bus.

Don't waste your money. The bus was an hour late. They messed up on the seating. We paid for a lux experience and got less than basic. Food was Blah. NO Sugar No Honey No Tea cups for our tea. The little Pastries weren't fresh( the cake pops were good tho). The bathroom on board was essentially a porta potty- no water. The "Tour" was just a bus ride around midtown. I learned nothing. Don't waste your hard earned Money on this. If it wasn't for my girlys i kinda felt like I was robbed

I’m in the bus now and I would not recommend this tour. We had purchased 7 luxe ($108 each) tickets. We had to wait almost an hour after our tour time was to start before we even got to board the bus. They stated they had audio issues. We had purchased tickets in 2 batches (same name though) and they had us and another party split up, so before boarding, we identified that we could swap seating to all be closer, and we were down a person so only 6 of us were boarding. So we get on and realize that we were missing our luxe experience food and drink. And while we initially thought maybe it was because we swapped out a 2 person table, we found out that they had to revise the seating chart from an original. So if you’re keeping track, there was an original chart, that they switched and did not switch out all of the food/drinks even BEFORE we asked to swap one table. So, down luxe food and drinks, an hour late, audio issues (no real tour) and we paid $108 each. And we’ve been informed there are no refunds… even though THEY screwed up!!! NEVER again. You’d be much better off going to a high end steak house or taking your money and doing anything else. VERY disappointing. I will say t

This star is for the bus driver... Great driving... When our bus arrived, after an hour delay, we were informed that the "good bus" wasn't starting so "this is the bus we get". Watch your head, even after you've climbed the stairs. Biscuits? Stale. Chicken Sandwich? Dry. Mushroom Feta Thing? Salty. Now I will get to the tea. Mint tea bags and Black tea bags? And then 3 chilled versions that can only be described as crystal light packets of juice. Our bus didn't have speakers that worked so the host was given a portable speaker situation that echoed to the heavens and back, leaving us to tune it out as best as we could. I do know that there is a "racist statue" as the first stop to your left aaaaaand there was a song at some point, making me think it was karaoke, but there was only one song so I'm not sure. I'm so sorry because this seems like such a fun idea, not executed well for the price that they made sure to collect.

1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Tea Around Town Atlanta, which was booked to celebrate my birthday on Sunday, February 8th. Unfortunately, this experience was nothing like what was advertised—especially considering my group purchased the Luxe package, the highest-priced option available. Originally, my tour was scheduled for January 25th (my birthday) but had to be rescheduled due to weather, which we completely understood. We rebooked for February 8th at 2:30 PM, expecting a smooth experience after already being flexible. The issues started 24 hours before the tour, when I received an email stating the departure time was changed to 3:00 PM due to operational logistics. While inconvenient, I accepted the change. On the day of the event, the booking was for 7 guests, though 6 attended due to a last-minute emergency. We arrived on time, but at 3:01 PM received a text saying the bus would depart in 15 minutes. After waiting longer, I contacted customer service at 3:29 PM and was told the bus was “eight minutes away.” We didn’t board until 3:45 PM. This meant standing outside in 45-degree, windy Atlanta weather, dres
